This session will begin by helping you get absolutely clarity on the relationship you want. You will then be guided through a deep manifestation meditation and be connected to the sacred geometric Merkaba to become magnetic to the love you want. We will then ground the manifestation into physically reality & you will be shown the next steps to take to make the manifestation become a reality.
Express Stress Relief
This session will help you clear feelings of stress, anxiety or nerves. This gentle and soothing meditation combined with some energy clearing will leave you feeling calmer, more relaxed, lighter balanced & grounded in the present.
Confidence & Self-Love
Be guided through a meditation & energy clearing to get you feeling really damn confident again. Whether you need to deliver a presentation, make an important decision, leave your job or learn how to love yourself again, this session will remove the doubt and help you feel empowered & strong to do what you want to do.
Weight-loss
This session is for the woman who is always wanting to lose weight but never can or can’t keep it off. This very unique & powerful way of working with your weight will clear the blocks and resistance to weight-loss, exercise and emotional eating.
Healing heart-break
Be guided through an energy clearing to help you release the pain, hurt, sadness, grief, rejection or abandonment you have been feeling after heart-break. We will clear up the negative emotions & energetic space that has been left from your so that you can make room to feel happier again, connect to the energy of love and hopeful of the future.
Talking Therapy
A problem shared is a problem halved. This session will allow you to talk in a safe space, without being judged and share your feelings or struggles. At the end of the session you will feel like a weight has been lifted and will be guided to take the right next step for you.

Got an event? Getting ready to wear a bikini? Want to feel confident in your body and good about yourself? This session will release negative feelings about your body; shame, embarrassment, feeling shy etc. Leave this session feeling so much more desirable, beautiful and filled with self-love & confidence.
Family and Friends bespoke session
Gather 4 of your friends on a topic of your choice. We will then work together to clear the blocks, connect to desire and manifest the outcome you want. This is also perfect for work events, corporate wellness or well-being sessions or simply for a group of friends to find a solution to the same problem.
Manifesting Money & Abundance
During this session I will take you on a deep guided meditation to connect you to the feelings of money and abundance. Once you connect to the emotions we will do a manifestation process to help you begin calling in more abundance & money. You will then be intuitively guided to your next right in creating this abundance.
Inner Child Healing
Very powerful. This session will allow you to connect to your inner child. If you have an issue that keeps reappearing time & time again then this is probably for you. This session will help you break patterns of behaviours, negative feelings or beliefs that keep re-appearing in your life.
